this screen was taken on quick lighting

I made these for WWC, why use them?
1. not many overlays made to not cast shadows in static mode in quick lighting
2. overlays in dynamic mode add a lot of unneeded script processing to the map, it's better to use static
3. full lighting takes longer, so using these is the best of both worlds, quick lighting, but overlays that react to light.

yeah it's fine. the textures are licensed as its okay to use them anywhere
