I paid for my FPSC, and it says awaiting payment. I've wait'ed 24 hours. Is there something wrong.

Be patient its holidays and im sure they have alot of orders plus it usually takes up to 48 hours... if you dont have the download with in 72 hours i would contact customer support

it clearly states that it could take 24 - 48 hours. It's worth the wait.

I would wait like another, say..... 20 minutes and then call my lawyer. But hey, that's just me. Since they manually approve all sales, you might want to give them a couple of days. You know, Christmas spirit and all. Or not.

Anyway, just get to sleep and when you wake up it'll be Christmas, and Santa will have brought your FPSC!

TGC is worth the anxiety

I once waited for a week for I think 3DWS and several other items at that time which I waa raring to get started with...

In the end I had Lee Bamber on the forums by chance and he processed my orders that same moment KUDOS to Lee Bamber for that very memorable experience

Somewhere in these here forums there dwells such creatures known only as MODS and they often consist of a TGC TEAM MEMBER...

as stated above they manually approve all sales so give them a break if there a bit slow getting it sorted.in the meantime why not download the free version & have a play with that

I would say Download the free version and us it and wait untill for your account to be setup with full version key/serial even tho it is also delivered to you on a cd, but your not missing to much without the serial key, unless you need to publish a game ASAP.

You just need to be a bit patient

as mentioend they do all orders and accounts manualy, But be assured you will get all.

Payment is verified manually...
Your account might affect processing speeds too... it is now the weekend so office hours are closed... it is a national holiday on monday and a second on tuesday... so expect something by Wednesday... Unless you catch Lee or someone before then

meanwhile do some reading or research in the mean time

I purchased mine the same day you did and it took it a day and half. Since you already paid you will still get it at the price you paid for it. No worries there. It is Christmas so I would expect nothing to be done over the holiday. I would try contacting them on Monday if you don't see it by sometime tomorrow.

Plus, one other thing to consider. Depending on your country of origin, the Awaiting For Payment means they are waiting to receive it. This can take a few days to a week if there is a difference in currency types (US Dollars verses Pounds or Yen as an example). Exchange rates change and can take a while to process. Seriously, I would wait until Monday to call them.

It is worth the wait even if the wait seems like murder. They may have other orders for DarkBASIC and ADK on top of FPS orders so I would expect those to be done in the order they are received.
