I've downloaded that great pack from Cosmic Prophet, but when I put the characters into my game they appear with no texture (black).

Any idea how to fix this?

Open the fpe fileand make sure that the texture line is pointed to the right location and name. Also check to see what if any shader is applied and try removing it to see what happens.
