Did it already and still the same problem.
I removed the first level and it works good, maybe is a problem of that map? could be a memory problem?

I'm assuming you mean it freezes during the build process. If that is the case then your level is hitting the built in memory cap (usually around 1.85 GB)

You can try a few things like
A) reduce the amount of lights used
B) modify your lightmaptexsize and lightmapquality to a lower value in your setup.ini file
C) make the level smaller or chop it up into multiple levels

Nope, i'm talking about the game already builded and running as a stand alone.

most of the time its a problem with videos at the beginning of the level, as far as i saw around here. could also be that some data is missing or wrong paths in some scripts. does game-menue appear and stop when loading first level, or does even game-menu not load?

I am having the same problem only my does only freeze at the third level first it froze at he second level but I changed the sequence of the second and third level now the second works but the third doesnt. Cant this be because the level is to big but if that would be the problem then I wouldn't be able to build it.

@brunopark: have you checked it more than once in a row? fpsc is not the most stable builder. could be final game crashes now, and 5 minutes later the same build works like a charm. try to rebuild. as far as i see, fpsc renders no buildgame as the other. always missing something. one time a complete folder, next time only some sounds, another time some scripts... never as intended, but sometimes its enough to get it working^^

thats why i render testgame every 15 minutes and a complete buildgame at the end of a development day (and also between) and test it completley. then you know what you have done today and can search the errors on point without rebuilding the whole levels from the beginning... and doing same faults again.
consumes time and gets boring after doing it 50 times, but helps to not get insane.

some errors in any scripts used, problem with custom media in relevance to some other things near on the map, animation-glitches, wrong setup variables...or simply a calculation error.
