try saving it to a different place like your desktop and make sure everything is up to date

Try Turing off UAC (User Account Control) if your using Windows Vista or Windows 7 in your "Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts".

Or...

Run the "FPSC-MapEditor.exe", "FPSC-Game.exe" And "FPSCreator.exe" as an administrator.

Are you sure you turned off UAC and reset the PC ? When I mean turn off I meant set the bar all the way down, click apply then reset the PC.

Quote: "Path cannot be found path:mapbank\testmap\"

Usually, this happens when UAC blocks unauthorized files from being copied into the program files folder.

The only other thing I could suggest is you re-install FPSC and all your models and media completely from scratch.

That's all I can think off. Hope it works out for you...
