I never tired it with lives but it I did with health (for enemies) and ammo.

Simply set the number of lives in the player start marker to 0.

Again, I never tried this. It's just a theory. Give it a shot...

Ahahahahaha AJ nice one...

but is if for multiplayer or single player? if multi then this is kind of built in no? they should just respawn... so maybe look at that area...
