i am using the scifi characters from the SciFi characters pack. I place the troop on the map and when i test the game, the guy mini-teabags... This might be because of lag but my FPS was around 30 the whole time. Help please!!! http://youtu.be/92McttSHocs

I know what you are talking about. Import the characters .X file into Fragmotion and then delete the first two frames of animation. This will fix everything.
