Dark GDK / Problem with the function dbCircle()

It can't show anything in the screen when use the function dbCircle(); Have anyone ever meet this problem? The environment of my computer is Win7 system, the IDE is VC++ 2008 express.

P.S. If you feel that this post does not apply to you (e.g. because your video card is not NVidia), then post again and give some sample code to reproduce the problem, so that people can test it on other machines.
