Been working on an app in teir 1 for a buisness and done the provisioning and have it running on my ipod ok. I'm just not sure how I go about distributing it to them. Should I use the app store or Ad Hoc. Thanks for any help. Sorry if this has been answered already.

Depends what they want to do with it, if they want to sell it then they should probably create their own Apple account and submit it to the store. If they just want to use it internally and they have less than 100 devices you can build an ad hoc version with their devices added to your provisioning profile.

I think just to release to their employee, 100 should be way more then enough, but if it its can i just make a second one to distribute more?

To get more than 100 devices you need to register as a company not individual

To develop "in-house" apps like that don't you need a $299 license from apple rather than the standard $99 one? I seem to remember something along those lines. You'll need to include some of that cost in your quote...

There is an Enterprise level account that allows distribution to employees of a company internally, but the company must own the account and compile it with their certificate. I think Apple suggest that companies add contractors who are developing apps for said company to their account for the duration of the contract so you can compile it for them.

The 100 limit is per developer account, only way around it is to have an enterprise account, or make a new developer account (with another $99) to get another 100.

I might have to discuss with them about just releaseing it to the app store, I don't think it would be much use to anyone else anyway. Wonder if i can add in app purchases to enable the whole thing.

anyone else experience a problem with the pointer being stuck on if you like to try clean the screen with a cloth or something while your AppGameKit app is running?

the 100 accounts are valid for 1 year. when you renew the $99 fee you can input a different set of 100 accounts
