Has anyone tried running their programs over Windows Remote Desktop? I have my laptop with Windows 7 and so is my desktop. When I go around campus, I would like to remotely connect to my desktop and work on my game. However, I can connect, but when I run/compile my program, I get a runtime error.
I can give the specific error message tomorrow, when I boot my laptop back up. It also seems to be happening around any of the dbText functions. However, I'm not even sure if Remote Desktop supports DirectX. Both machines are also at 32bit depth. The game runs fine on my desktop when I'm actually at it, and on my friends desktop at another university. But it gives this error of Remote Desktop.
