So I downloaded the model pack and see that all models are .x format. My question is, how do you know at what frame, each animation you need starts at? I don't know of any modeling program that can edit .x format. May be a dumb question, but I honestly don't know if there is an easier way than trial and error.

i know fragmotion can import the animated characters just fine.

also, i found this on the forums. this should give you a reference point
