Hi, I completed a gun model with animations. so I exported it to direct x using pandasoft direct x exporter. but it had some problems... like these pictures...








it didn't open... why?

try:
1 - if it using animation, check the 'include animation options' on the x settings window.. other wise select the radio box 'no frames'

2 - on the animation window, select the position radio box instead of matrix.

3- check the white defuse texture on the textures tab

4 - on the optimization option, Just leave it normal or none


after all of that it should work

thanks to your answer,i found the fact that model had two materials with same object name!!-)
