Honestly, you think I believe that? Good try, but I've heard much better lies before.

Asheron always struck me as a fairly decent person.

get your facts right... the first time i was EVER warned about my behaviour was after the Simple flamewar, when Guy 'recommended' that I should take a few days out.
And you somehow think that he was completely fair within that? if LLRGT is exactly RGT then it'll have the records and posts from back then ... GO AND DO SOME F*CKING HOMEWORK!
You can't claim amnesty when you get involved and FIGHT quite fearsily for the one side in particular.

No doubt Simple was warned about his behaviour, AFTER that ordeal - but i know he wasn't during because Guy told me that there was no reason to warn Simple about the flamewar. Simple had done nothing wrong. His reviews were okay whereas mine were out of line!

... yeah the punk who'd known Milkshape for all of 3minutes, was dishing out advice like somehow he was an expert, totally disrespecting close to every single long standing modeller within RGT/DB, being truely brutal in his reviews of models and lets not forget the fact that he felt he was qualified enough to write a tutorial on howto model within a week of learning ...

His behaviour was sickening and a compelete insult to not just myself as an artist but almost every other artist on that board, most of which sat on MSN and bitched to me just as much as i bitched to them about how Simple seemed to believe that he had suddenly been upgraded to LORD OF THE 3D FORUM.
And the fact that Guy was never far behind when someone had something bad to say to him, and jesus christ Simple's original website was http://www.nmisoftware.com/~simple ... GuyS's original team and site on DB.
But no your probably right Simple was treated like every other person on that forum with not special treatment at all.

You have anyone with REAL talent on the RGT board and they were always overlooked, Sir Manfred being a prime example. No one gave a damn whenever he posted, except the handful of other talented artists. And i've heard the excuse "his models were never for games" but thats never stopped anyone reviewing others models of the same ilk.

you have real talent and your treated like crap, your skills are close to what people currently have ... just seemingly a little better and somehow your a guru.
don't try to tell me that it is just how things should be or that they get the attention and such from thier skills, because its bull and you know it.

they get it because of rep... that the whole reason people bitched about my reviews and not about Simples.
because I'm an easy target as lots of people hate me, its simpler to go with the crowd rather than have your own opinion about anything isn't it.

And thats the main reason most of your damn well hated me, because i wouldn't sit there and be like "oh thats fantastic" or "oh i totally agree with you, kudos!"
no ... i wrote what i really though about it.
and unlike others i NEVER ONCE said anything was bad, nor did i EVER say "you must do this, this way" ... i'd give an opinion on something and a suggestion.

-- -- --

ya'll want to sit there and claim something then fine... but damn well get your fact straight before you do!
I was banned LONG after there was the 'meeting' about it, and it had nothing to do with ANY of you. The fact that no-one has even come close to the reason blatently shows you don't have a clue.
Saying favouritism wasn't play is another lot of bull, although it had nothing to do with my ban - it still had alot to do with what i hated about RGT.
Still has alot to do with it now ... and if somehow you feel the community benifited from time without me, the flamewars DID NOT STOP - those who were a problem continued to be a problem, its just because they are who they are ment that they were 'respected' in a f**ked up kind of way.
Not to mention the forum thinned to effectively those who hadn't found Apollo yet, and those who hated me.
Less active members, less posts, and god forbid ever seeing ANYONE thinking outside of the box or being nice to a newbie who asked a stupid question...

waste of sodding time, i just wanted to bitch about the fact that i was banned without reason.
But NOOOO, people can't accept that quite frankly I HATE RGT for how they've treat me ... just because it is RGT doesn't mean bans were carried over. No matter how much you pretend, LLRGT is not RGT.

And you think keeping me seperate from everyone else improved RGT, then fine ... everyone who feels that way should get out of this forum then. Because quite frankly this forum deserves to benifit from the improvement.

Hell i'd give anything for this forum to be back the way it was before RGT first went down. Felt like nothing but one unending hell to me, dunno why people who don't like me even bother comming here ... you have your precious RGT, and I can't get on there because of the ban - so go on, get lost.

You people didn't leave when you knew i was here, and i doubt you'll leave now ... i even doubt after all of the hoohar about the member ignore feature, that those who dislike me with even bother using it.
Of course not, because why would they do that to keep the peace when antagonising 'Raven' is more fun and enjoyable, eh!

@Raven:
so you got banned from a forum...big deal. I mean It's just a forum. Hell almost everyone that posts at LLRGT posts here as well anyway, and traffic is really slow at LLRGT, so you aren't missing much. Personally I dont think you should have been banned because you didn't deserve it as it is a new forum...but hey, that's life.

@Whoever it concerns:
what is with all this rivalry between the 2 forums? seriously, it just seems childish to argue over which forum is better. I mean here is an idea that you might want to concider...instead of worrying and arguing over which is the better forum, worry about improving your skills as a programmer, artist, musician, or whatever your position in the community is. In the long run you will be happy you did

Is it to do with which forum is better? Or is it to do with a ban without reason? I go for the second case.
But now that a reason has been given, it sounds reasonable.
Overlooking Sir Manfred... are you talking about Simple here? Most people post about Sir Manfred's models. Last time he posted though, the forum was quiet anyway.

People don't judge Raven because he is honest, that is just Raven using the power of words. People judge Raven because he says things like "This DB game is slow on my P600 get of your arse and Bl**dy do something about it!" Which is similar to what he said about my demo. It stopped me working on it. So I see Raven as a bad influence for the DB community. But if he controls what he says, or just starts to make some sense, then I can put up with him.

Pincho.

Simple, I think immature jeers from the gallery are the last things this post needs.

'what is with all this rivalry between the 2 forums? seriously, it just seems childish to argue over which forum is better.'

It is, but certain individuals keep it running strong.

Raven, you may have been treated unfairly on RGT, but that dosen't mean you can be allowed to force your will on Apollo-- this is a forum for DB users everywhere, not just the 'non-RGT' folks. If you don't like somebody, ignore them. I know it can be hell. Most of us have been through it. But if it gets too nasty here, the mods generally deal with it pretty fairly.

i really think this should be locked.

raven best bet is not to reply to any thread that might turn into a flamewar. sometimes it's best not to reply to some threads.

i mean the long post you done, it dosent help you. dont put your anger on any forums.

i'm getting used to your posts now raven and it dont bother me. about a month ago you probably saw the posts/replies i done.

if you and simple hate eachother just try and avoid eachother

Dear Raven,

This is 'HUMAN NATURE'.

It's like this;
~ 25% are for it,
~ 25% are dead set against it,
and the other half just 'go with the flow'.

And I'm not just talking about this particular situation. From what I've seen in life this covers just about anything that's 'controversial' in human society from love to war to Microsoft Global Domination.

Have a good weekend and enjoy what's left of the warmth.

The more you see, the more you know.

Raven has been very pleasant and well-mannered lately,I must say wasn't always like this...I hope this post doesn't change that.

This is getting ridiculous. Raven, clearly you have personal issues RGT, issues which don't need to be brought up here. In addition please keep your language clean on the forums.
