DarkBASIC Professional Discussion / DarkBasic Pro can't locate any files

We are installing DarkBasic Pro on multiple computers with the DarkStudio bonuses. We are also using the ISupportLearning's Video Game Design for teaching students at our school.
Currently when trying to run ANY file with a "Load bitmap "path/to/bitmap.bmp" it can't locate it, even if the file is in the .DBA images folder. Any help with this problem?

It should look in the relative path of the EXE. So if the program is stored here: "C:\Directory\";

Load Bitmap "Name.bmp", 1 should load "C:\Directory\Name.bmp"
Load Bitmap "Images\Name.bmp", 1 should load "C:\Directory\Images\Name.bmp"

Query the current directory using Get Dir$().

Shouldn't I just be able to be "images/name.bmp"?
If the dir is as follows:

Images (Folder)
Sounds (Folder)
Textures (Folder)
Game.dba
