I can't explain this but for some reason I cannot fild my hud\text folder. I was going to use one of them as a template to make other hud prompts. I know where it is supposed to be:
gamecore\huds\text\(name of hud tga)
but when I go into that folder, the text subfolder is not there. I do not have any hidden folders and have double checked that aspect. The huds all work fine as if the call to them is valid. But there is no folder. When FPSC is installed, does it install files to two directories? Because in the one where I know I have everything installed, it does not show up. But it has to be there if the program can call it and it works. I tried a search on my computer for the filename as well and it says there are no matches. This makes no sense and I would like some assistance in this area. Thanks!!

Just create a new transparent file for yourself size 1024 x 768 in size for text on screen. You will need a script to run a hud on-screen.
Tip - Look at any script which promts huds (door script) to check for hud position on screen and other details.

There is a text folder in the "languagebank\english\gamecore\" folder. I do not recall ever seeing a "gamecore\huds\text" folder, unless that is something you created yourself.
