I tried to contact the managerial staff of the GCS, and have gotten no correspondence. I need my purchases reset, as my friend accessed my account without authorization and downloaded my assets. And this will have been the third time my computer has been wiped due to a virus. Please help me out.

TGC do not work over the weekend, try emailing them on Monday and go from there.

I've emailed them on the weekdays... this is a concurring problem. I need the assests back for my project. This is important.

with friends like that you don't need enemy's
don't give out your passwords to anyone & things like this cant happen

... and delete autofills and keysaves out of your browser and progs. more worse than just one simple password is a password that is autofilled, wether you sitting in front of your pc or any other person.

I notified the staff we were implementing sanctions against them by withholding their tea supply until the problem was solved. Will that do?

On a serious note... the mods here only moderate the forum, and the rest of us can't help you at all with your issue. Your BEST bet is to email Support. I find it strange that no correspondence would come from them if you have supplied them with a valid email address, etc. Here is the link and you can continue from that point.
