Hello Zzz666,
On 25th Jan 2012 in SOLO DESIGN's post titled "Water Level" you wrote:

Yes, I can, please just download the zip file(Water_Level_Tutorial.zip - 285 KB) attached in this post.
The zip file has four files:
- Readme.txt
- Sample_map.fpm (A simple map with a flooded basement)
- Swimmingpool_sample.fpm (A nice swimming pool scene)
- Water_Level_Mini_Tutorial.pdf (Explaining the Sample_map.fpm file)
Moreover, in that same post ("Water Level") on 26th Jan 2012 Maho76 wrote:

Maho76 is fully correct as you may see in Sample_map.fpm. Notice that all basement floor is flooded, however, the ground floor and second floor remain completely dry since if you do not rise up the water level too much.
I hope these examples help you to clarify any questions about using the water in the FPSC.
That's it.
Enjoy!
