Are you talking about Dark Basic Classic? In that case, DBC 1.14 (also known as DBC 1.2) already has the enhancement pack installed with it.

What functionality do these enhancements (in the pack) provide that you need. Perhaps share this with us and someone can point you to alternatives as there are many expansions out there in addition to dll's that can be used (they do not have to be written specifically for DBPro). For example, using the WinApi is possible from DBPro. Also, check the latest version of DBPro because their are new functions added every now and then and you may no longer need the expansion.
