Again, I would like to specify my English isn't good.

I did a game, it about Raid of Zombies. It consist 3 levels. Anyway, I built it and tried to run on two computer. Windows Xp Professional and Windows 7. I can see menu. Click the "New game" button and problem starts here. Loading screen appear, but loading bar don't move. How can I fix it ?

Note : I create my own game menu. May be caused by it?

Thanks !

You should give more information about the computers and how you made the menu, then we could probably help.

I wonder if it has anything to do with any anti-virus blocking your game? it SOMETIMES is the case.

right click on the icon and click on the option that says, 'Run as Administrator', see if that works.
if it does then change your UAC settings

UAC is on Vista and Windows 7 so do not bother learning about it until you use either of these systems... I believe it is on Windows 8 too

sorry for assuming you were on win7, but I think the only thing left is that there is a problem with an image, mabe it's named wrong or wrong format.
what is supposed to happen at this point in the game?
is a video supposed to play or a character supposed to be there?

finding out whats happening at that point would be the key to solving the problem.

sounds like the problem is with your menu images, try converting them to .png
