OpenDBWnd(WindowID(0),0,0,640,480)
dbSetWindowSize(640,480)

These two functions are from PureGDK 1.0 and no longer exist.

A significant part of the engine was refactored to support the new syntax for cross-language support in PureGDK 2.0.
