Hello,
got some wierd problem after reinstalling my windows.
Now after exporting, mostly all of my models are crashing DBPro on load object.
(Not all, but most of them)

I have no clue why the hell it's crashing.

Somebody?

Model attached. (Milkshape 3D Model + exported .x)
(It's not just this one, it's a lot of more models thats crashing dbpro ~~)

You say alot of models crash it; do all of them crash it? Is DirectX 9c installed? Do you have the latest graphics card drivers?

Got any code you can post up? Are the files in the correct relative/absolute path?

It's almost certainly a problem with the MilkShape exporter. The x file crashes for me too. The x file exporters in MilkShape are rather awkward to use and you need to choose the options carefully. Unfortunately MilkShape doesn't tell you what to do to get a simple x file exported.

Try searching the forum for MilkShape and you will probably find a few threads telling you what to do (that's what I always end up having to do ).

I've just loaded your MilkShape model into MilkShape and re-exported it and the new model (attached) loads OK. Here are the options I used with Export/DirectX 8 :

No not all. I've exported some models that are working, and some are not. (Used the same settings)
Yes, drivers are uptodate, directx is installed.

i'm using load object "models\gibs\gib_arm.x" (...)
But it's working for some models, for some it isn't.

@Green Gandalf
Okay thanks, i used the same settings... maybe i'll try to reinstall Milkshape.
Thanks

Green Gandalf, did you just re-export with the settings? Or did you change anything?
Your model is working, but if i reexport it with these settings, its still crashing :S

edit: Okay, tried it with (JT) and now its working

Some clarity; both models crash my model viewer; but Green Gandalfs one loads in DBPRO fine.

I simply opened your ms3d file and immediately re-exported it using the settings shown in that image I posted. Which version of MilkShape are you using? I'm using version 1.8.5 beta 1. There are some problems with a more recent beta I believe.
