Hey guys,

sorry this is a very basic / stupid question. but I'm too lazy atm, to install FPSC X9 and X10... anyway, it's for the community project I'm working on. all scripts need to be downloaded to the user his script directory. but yeah... don't know were it is.

You might find the user script folder in the following path:

C: \ Program Files \ The Game Creators \ FPS Creator \ Files \ scriptbank \ user

thanks, do you also know were the scripts from FPSC are? the ones made by TGC (stock)
and for X10 ? off-course

just go into the the game creaotrs folder choose the fpsc version and look into files the scripts that are stack will be the ones with no folder and the other ones than the user

@gozzy1999 I will explain you Why I'm asking for this. I'm a developer for 3 years now. this community helped me from a rookie to C#, LUA, C++, C, VB(.net)and .FPI developer. I'm quite experienced thanks to TGC community. that's why I'm developing a script sharing program which allows you as user to upload .FPI files. those will be added to a database. and a general server. when you see a script you like... it will be available to you just by clicking the download button. then it appears in your scripts folder... (There's the reason why I need them)

All scripts of the FPSC X9 or X10 are placed in the following path:

C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\scriptbank

That's it!

@northern always happy. when My FPSC X9 and X10 are in my engine closet (yes I have one for those) so I couldn't check it myself.

would you like to try the program too ? (when it's alpha status ready)
everyone may use it. will open a thread for it soon

hi dennis.

just to mention that stock-scripts are in the main scriptbank-folder and also some subfolders:

destroy - all destroyscripts
darkai - all darkaiscripts
people - all characterscripts except darkai
water - all waterscripts
behavior - only 1 or 2 scripts atm for special things (needitemA.fpi...)

and 1 or 2 more i havent in my mind, sorry, wrong machine.

on your project.

You are right, there is a folder in Document's folder on Windows Vista named FPSC X10 Files as well. You might see the folders name in a picture attached.

By the way, the user folder of the FPSC X10 it is in following path:

...\Documents\FPSC X10 Files\scriptbank\user

Thank you for your offer but I do not have much time at this moment because I am pretty busy due to other personal projects in progress. Sorry! Anyway, thank you again.
