Hi, how do you use ccd in dark physics? there are only 2 commands for it:
phy set rigid body ccd
phy set ccd motion threshold

In the help file it talks about using a ccd mesh, but there are no commands for that. Either way, I can't get ccd to work. Please help!

Did you look at both chm files?

If not go to your DBPro install directory and if your on win vista or 7... just type .chm in the search field theres two urm information and reference if my memory serves me well...

Hope that helps... I will have a look shortly...

I saw and tried that in conjunction with the other ones and I don't think it worked... I'll try again to be sure

Yeah it doesen't work, even with PHY SET CONTINUOUS CD value# and the command for individual objects, on all the objects, all turned on. It seems that, from the description, you would need to load a ccd mesh for the object, and there are no commands for that so...

was going to say look at demo but I'll have to find it first if there is one, plus a search only found two others, plus it seemed it was not working then(2006).

Thanks HowDo buddy!

The example works. My game didn't. I compared the code, turns out it's because I WAS USING BOXES, NOT MESHES OR CONVEXES AS THE STATIC OBJECT. I noticed that when I saw, he makes a static box but treats it as a mesh in the simulation, which seems odd.

Happy face.
