How to open the FPE file？

I come from China, the GOOGLE translation into this forum, because English is not good, so the English are somewhat contradictory, we need to slowly understand .. excuse me ..

In addition, you could use a handy software called FPIEditPad, which is able to open *. fpe files and more *. fpi, *.fps *. txt and *.ini as well.


Make sure you run the program as an administrator or changes made to the file in use will not be saved.
