Hi all,

I've come across an issue around the built in shadow shader, and that it seems to not work with anything not generated internally in DBPro. Either that or AC3D and MilkShape don't make compatible .x models.

Effectively, no matter what I do, the shadows are messed up & the object can't be textured if it was't made that way (no use as I need it to change!). The shadows neither cast properly, and when the object is covered by another shadow, it's shadow "cuts out" the shading from the other. I have attached a screen shot here.

Any idea's? What am I doing wrong with the models (I've tried a stock cube too - same result)? What's the best DBPro modelling software???
