Its a side scrolling 2.5d shooter.
Im currently working on the level editor made in VB6, though its a new language 2 me so progrss is slow.
Currently all you do is mow down hundreds of aliens, But hopefully
ill add bosses before the deadline (its gonna be tight, gonna have to rely on the christmas holidays)
Ther'll be two types of powerups- rapid fire and magnum.
Anyway, what do u think?

2.5d means a 3d game, but you can only move in 2 dimensions.

not really 2.5d ... as 2.5d is the isometric sort of games, like C&C and UO

this is just a 3d scroller. but doesn't matter
would be interesting to know what the gameplay is like

nice and simple it should focus more on length than general size, can you scroll further (left/right) than the current view? would be better if you had a grid so the user could know how many world units are represented by a grid in the editor.
