The texture 'decayed normal' in your pack is the decayed1_D2.dds straight from the Viral Outbreak pack with no changes whatsoever, (first released pack here), the others are merely hue/saturation changes with at most a cloud filter applied.
I take it the Grendel pack above is the same.

Awesome! Its one of those threads.
