Z Brush new 'spotlight' painting feature, was tryng it out using this, I had been itching to do something with it for some time and only just got around to it, I did a lot of post work in Photoshop too though using cavity maps etc output from hi poly zbrush model (used greyscale of the painted texture as alpha masks to sculpt extra detail) .
I didnt create any new spec or normal maps, simply renamed it to one of the original grendel _D2 and _D textures so it would pick up the illumination map in particular for the eyes.
Works fine as is.
The in game image above has only a single dynamic light source with light intensity of 250.
