The banner advertisments at the bottom of the DBP IDE are annoying and distracting me, how can I get rid of this window ?

I checked that it says I have a valid certificate for Darkbasic Profesional under the synergy editor ?

Your installed products are Dark Basic Professional (valid certificate)

humm synergy editor...

this is an add on and is not part of the original dbpro package....so you would need to consult with the creator of that to see if you can remove the ads. Other then that i still use the dbpro default editor and it works fine for me.

Which one? The current one is based on Synergy.

I've never seen these ads that people talk about. Am I missing out?

Ads are in the free version, for the paid version you need to activate it. My suggestion would be to try and active it again through the activate tools or contact customer support. If you've paid for DBP, you shouldn't be getting ads, so obviously something is wrong.

Perhaps it occurs in the DBP Free IDE? Perhaps try from the install disk or download from your account.

Or use an aftermarket IDE which has no adverts in it...
