Well now it's on screen, I also found out that using AnimatedSprite.Position worked. However, it's not animating.
Both the pieces of code below display the sprite, but neither animate it:
using System;
using DarkGDK;
using DarkGDK.Basic2D;
namespace DarkGDKApplication1
{
class dgdkApplication
{
public static void GameLoop()
{
AnimatedSprite SpriteSheet = new AnimatedSprite(@"c:\spritesheet.bmp", 3, 4);
while (Engine.LoopGDK)
{
SpriteSheet.Paste(0, 0);
SpriteSheet.Play(0, 2, 1000);
Core.Sync();
}
}
}
}

SpriteSheet.Position(20, 20);
