I would just like to clarify that every single person that has ever purchased one of my products has received their serial code.
The email goes to the PAYPAL email address they used to purchase, not the email address they used to sign up for an account.
I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, and I am not aware of any issue with my email system, as I routinely receive inquiries and orders and respond to them and fulfill them.
