Hi all,

Some of you know how long it takes to send you the serial FPSC Toolbox?

I just bought but I'm worried that not send the serial, because I sent an email to bullshock and emails do not arrive.

Hey Guys,

I would just like to clarify that every single person that has ever purchased one of my products has received their serial code.

The email goes to the PAYPAL email address they used to purchase, not the email address they used to sign up for an account.

I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, and I am not aware of any issue with my email system, as I routinely receive inquiries and orders and respond to them and fulfill them.

The official support email for Sequoia Games is BULLSHOCK [at] SEQUOIAGAMES.COM

Please forward any issues there, as well as any problems withthe site or program.
