Guys, could someone give me a hint on what's wrong with the attached image? When FPS converts to a DDS file, it messes it up just a bit. If I try to use the DDS converter, it fails, tells me the size is not a multiple of 2. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Now, in the build game, if I delete the DDS file and put the TGA file, it looks correctly, otherwise, the H in Health is messed up a bit.

Try and use sizes 64x64 , 128x128, 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024, 2048x2048 in general for textures (multiples of 2).
or
you can use odd configurations of these muliples such as 128x64, 512x256 and so on.

I have re-done your image for you to a size of 128x64 and it will be up to you to position it for your hud.

Download attached.
