Hello, everyone!

I'm having a horrible time figuring out how to get DAI working.

I want to be able to have allies and enemies, but I just can't seem to figure it out. I've read a tutorial on how to work DAI, but for some reason it still won't operate properly.

I set my allies start script as appear-ally-team1.fpi, and it's main script as main-weapon.fpi, but when I run the game the ally immediately goes into a seizure, bouncing up and down very fast and making a glitchy noise.

I made a short video that demonstrates my problem.

As you'll see, the video shows the scripts I'm using, as well as the glitch I'm experiencing when I run the game.

Forgive me for the poor quality; my screen recording software isn't that great.

Notice how the second I press escape to exit the game, the character seems to stop glitching, and drops down to its proper position.

Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

From the look of the test game loading screen, you're using an outdated version of FPSC. Try the v1.19 beta and make sure you clear the "shoot" field of the entity.

Hey, Zombie Killer!

I couldn't find v1.19, but I'm downloading v1.18 right now; will that be good enough?

You're welcome. If you want to find v1.19, you can get it here.

Good luck.
