AppGameKit Classic Chat / the .net dll does not support 32 bit only 64 bit.

I recently found this out when trying to build C# on my 32 bit computer. Good thing my laptop has a 64 bit build on it. The download provided by agk won't work 32 bits. I get a yellow explanation mark on the AppGameKitWrapper.

That's odd. I'll take a look at it, but did VS give you a more detailed error message? Usually hovering your mouse over the warning or checking the output box will give you more information.

Theoretically the express version of VS for C++ only supports 32 bit for native code, which I assume would apply to a mixed mode assembly, but I could be wrong.

In the meantime you can visit http://agkwrapper.codeplex.com to get a copy of the source and build it yourself. I'll be sure to look into the issue too.

Oh I figured out what the problem was the one in the download only operates on 2010 version of c#. You see I had express 2008 on desktop and 2010 on laptop. I guess it had nothing to do with 32 bit and 64 bit.

Glad you sorted it out

I probably should have specified that it was compiled for .NET 4.0 in the readme.
