ANIMER is a 3D character animations editor. It is designed to modify and create character animations stored in DirectX (.x) files. It is primarily designed for characters of FPS Creator. It was written in DBPro. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on some computers with WIN7 64. It is my first program written in DBPro and I have no experience in this matter. I suspect that the cause may be Data Execution Prevention, but I can't check it because I have no a computer with WIN7 64. Does anyone have experience on this, or could you check it on computer with WIN7 64?
You can download ANIMER from: http://www.rafhalzer.zzl.org
If ANIMER doesn't work on your computer:
1. Go to: Start > Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance > Data Execution Prevention.
2. Select "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:"
3. Select "Add", navigate to C:\Program Files\Animer 1.1 (or your default ANIMER directory), and add "ANIMER.exe" to the exception list.
4. Run ANIMER as ADMIN.

ANIMER - Character Animations Editor.
Edit and create your own animations of FPSC characters.
