Hi me yet again,
I was just wondering when DBpro loads an object would it load rendering data like oh say shiny textures or sphere mapping from a modeling program like 3dsmax or Milkshape?

No, it would not. Those are shaders used by the 3d program itself. If you've noticed that rendering an object in max takes a few seconds, imagine doing that for every screen refresh. It just wont happen.

But DBP does have a lot of shader options, just look at the main DBP page to see what your choices are. If you tried to have a photo-real render like Max can do, your game just wouldn't run.
