Fails on launch for me. Not getting any error details.

Not sure what fails on launch means. But could mean the download was not intact and you might need to download again. The other problem is DirectX 9.0c is required and so is 3.5 .NET framework. Both of the those components must be installed. Even if you have a newer DirectX or 4.0 .NET framework, that is not good enough. So make sure to install those.

The 3.5 framework installer does not work on my machine. Still can not get the program to run.

Hmm..that's the 3.5 installer from Microsoft, so I guess you'll need to seek them out for a resolution if that's not working. Also, you must have at least 4 GB ram and about 2 GB free. I'm sure you probably do, but I wanted to point that out.

Did you try the full redistributable as identified on that page?

I have 4.0 but I haven't had any problems running stuff made with older platforms on my machine. I might try and find a work around for installing 3.5 framework.
