So after using DBpro for 10 minutes on my new pc, I managed to wipe the main help file clean.
It's blank.
Can someone upload theirs cause I don't want to re-install.

honestly man it will be much quicker to reinstall, it dont take that long to reinstall at all, certainly not as long as waiting for someone to respond, with my net connection I could unistall and reinstall dbp several times by the time I finished uploading those files...just sayin

Yes, that would be my advice as well. All you need to do is run the latest update that you're using. Unless you've deleted it you shouldn't need to do anything else.

My help file also got wiped out and I know I did not do anything at all that should have caused that... I never touch any of the files in my DBPro directory and the only way I access the help file is through F1 while on a command to go directly to the help for that command.

I did reinstall the 77 update and that 'fixed' it but I made a backup of the help folder because I think there's a bug thats wiping out help files honestly.

Doesnt make any sense why it would, have never lost my help files ever, the content somewhat inacurate/unhelpful at times though lol, check your anti virus? For what reason would dbp randomly remove the entire directory or the htm files within? The IDE only opens the files and depending what version your using(ie free) you may get adverts when online but I cant see the adverts targeting the removal of help files.

There is. You can reproduce the problem as follows:

1. Create a new project and save it as anything.dbpro in a folder of your choice.

2. Save the dba file as main.dba in the same folder.

3. Make some changes.

4. Open the main Help file page and then hit the save button.

5. Close the project, saving in the usual way.

6. The main.htm help file will have been replaced.

In my opinion this is an editor bug - at the very least the save button should be disabled when the Help file is the active document.

This was reported some time back. It's anyone's guess when the editor will be next revisited.
