FPSC Classic Product Chat / flak spec decals dont work?

hey(sry for the bad english, if anything is not clear ask!)
i use the release of 1.19 and fpsc free and i work for 2 years with fpsc free, but i see that the flakspec not work right!!

i want to create a new better decal for the bazooka but it just shows the standart debris fire and smoke! so i remove the new decal and use the standart flakspec, but the standart decals arent showing too
i find with the search just "that it is not possible" but why there are this commands?

Flak explosions are hardcoded. They can't be changed per-weapon in stock FPSC.
