Does anyone have the thread to upgrades 1.09 to 1.15? I can't find them.

Edited- I read the original post incorrectly...

The older upgrades use to be on the FPSC product page where you get the upgrade to v1.19 and 1.18. We have all of them from v1.07 right up to the current upgrade. You may need to contact TGC directly to see if you can get them, or search the forum to see if there are any threads that have the download links.

It's not really that hard to get the old ones.
Just add a minor edit to the links:
Change the version number in the link, so, this:
http://files.thegamecreators.com/fpscreator/FPSCreator_Upgrade_119.zip

becomes one of the links below, simply replace the number after "Upgrade_"

v109:

v112:
