ok, i wanted to give my friend a copy my game. i built the game executable and moved the file with all the needed to run the game onto a Staples re-writable CD and burned the cd. when i gave it to him, it kept saying "FPSC Game Is Not Working Please Close The Program." everytime he would try to run it. What am i doing wrong?

Just like any other game disc, the game itself would have to be 'installed' from the disc to your friends PC.
I gather your friend is trying to run it straight from the CD which just will not work.
Your friend should 'copy' all the files of your game on the CD over to a folder on his PC and run the .exe from there.

This should do the trick.

NOTE - If you want to distribute your game just like the ones in the shops you will have to 'package' your FPSC game files using an 'installer' program to create an install CD\DVD which will install your game onto other PC's correctly.
