First of all: Thank you to everyone who contributes to the forum. I am a prolific user of the Help menu, but sometimes it just does not help enough. Therefore, I turned to the forum with my basic questions.
Question: What is the difference between the Wait and the Sleep command? Is there a difference? Which one is preferable?

They're both identical. IanM's plugins contain the commands "nice wait" and "nice sleep" which are more CPU friendly versions (won't use 100% CPU) which are preferable.
