I am making a modernday game can ı use mp40 or thompson ı know they ara in ww2 category but ı saw mp40 in COD:Black Ops

1. It's your game, so you can put whatever you'd like in them.
2. The mp40 was in zombies, and was most likely brought in via the teleporter from the w2 times.
