practise, practise, practise. wolf works with fpsc for 6 years as far as i remember. search some tutorials for lightning setups (most comon on pages about photography or filming) and learn the basics about lightspots, background and effect-lightning, and think logic.

dont expect your first game looks like the near-pro-looking games of wolf or bugsy or rolfy, they have much more experience in these stuff than you. it simply needs time and practise and lots of testing.

search the forum (google forum search) for wolf´s tutorials, its a good start on how to build games propperly.

i would suggest that you think of keywords you have questions for and extensively use forum-search and look through a minimum of 20 sites in the subforum-histories (all of them, chat, scripts and models), then you will get an overview.

Yeah, everything that Maho said is correct. You'll need to work and go through FPSC really hard if you want to create games like Wolfs, Bugsy's, Rolfy's and etc.
So practice and don't give up even if it's looking bad for you, no one is born learned and only hard work can give to you good results

-In trouble you know a hero;
-If you don't start, you won't finish;
-Without suffering, there is no learning.
