What are your computer specs? Specifically, OS, CPU, RAM and graphics card (including dedicated memory). Is Full Shaders turned on?

Also, most people don't like to take the time to copy and paste url's. So, I thought I'd be helpful and make the youtube movie a part of the thread:

Ive had the same problem, from the editor go to files>pref> and make sure your shaders are turned on.

I've noticed whenever I install an upgrade that shaders get set to off.

not only shaders, the whole basics are set to start: shaders, lightmapping, textures, floor on/off, setup.ini, buildgame.ini, levelsetup/loadscreen/ etc. of mygame-build...

after updating check ALL the things that you customized so you dont get surprised. i think some of the problems with the v119 appeared simply because of forgetting this for some of the people.
changed texture and lightmapping quality in the past and forget to edit it again after the v119-update.

This is why I've made back ups of my setup.ini and buildsetup.ini files, and any customised stuff, so that when I install an update, I just copy over the back ups.

As far as I know, this isn't anything to do with who-ever does the updates, as they only touch the FPS-Game.exe file. It's down to who-ever puts together the installer (which includes all the updated media etc) for the various betas and final updates (Lee, I think).

I don't now why everything has to be re-installed with every update, as it's only really the FPS-Game.exe that gets changed with each beta/update (unless media has to be updated because of new shaders of course).
