Hey guys. For my FPS game, I need to find a Text-to-Speech (TTS) program that allows me to record my voices in a .wav format.

It is really important for the development of my game, as I have a character that is unseen, but speaks through TTS (like GLaDOS from the Portal series).

Can anyone provide me with a place I can download .wav files of TTS for free?

Thanks!

You can open "textedit" in the aplications folder, type what you want, and from the edit menu choose "speech". It will speak all selected text.
You can adjust the voice from the system prefs panel "speech"

To record you can use the freeware mac app "Audacity"

GlaDOS actually had a VA. Just with an edited voice, obviously.
