We go from this:

Quote: "i also rig and animate stuff. so if you have made a model and you cant rig or animate. leave that stuff to me. request away!"

To this:

Quote: "I need help with uv mapping, texturing, rigging and I will animate."

To the list of characters, huey choppers and so forth you have above.

Please dude, complete at least one model and get it into FPSC before you go any further. Anything...a textured box will do....

Awesome! Its one of those threads.

ignore those threads, I have been getting heaps into 3d lately and I am perfectly capable of doing this. The worst thing that can happen is I don't end up making anything(which I already have). Anyway it's free fpsc stuff for you guy's so there's no point complaining about it.

A little foreword, try not to shoot yourself in the foot when people give you advice. Most people wont bother a second time.

Get a Photobucket account or other image uploader instead of using zips' Saves time and allows for more casual browsers to see your work as most wont bother to download the zip.

Finish projects before moving onto more. Setting yourself lists doesn't work, i have my own experience in that so.

Saying your work is for free doesn't mean it'll be any use to anyone. Sure release it by all means you may get feedback and stuff but at least a level of quality is needed before people will bother.

So in other words, choose one model from that list and do the Full A-Z on it. Mesh,UV, texture, animate. If your feeling adventurous then highpoly & bake.

Then you can get real advice and develop your skills as a 3D modeler.
