ok, im new to fps creator. i know nothing at all about scripting or anything. so one of the things i need to know is how can i make the entire map completely dark and make it so there has to be a light in that area to light it up. i have not got a single straight answer except for one guy who said put a light marker in the area you want lit and no light marker in the area you dont want lit. well yes that works, but the map is still not dark its just a little fadded. i mean i want it like this:

Have you tried using the < > keys on your keyboard to lower and raise the 'ambience' in your rooms.
< ....To lower
> ....To raise

TIP - Place your light marker down first which will automaticly place your room in sheer darkness and then use the keys above to change the ambience.

thanks, i think this will. and also another thing i cant seem to find is how can i make a zombie entity off the Zombie appocalypse pack find me anywhere in the map as soon as it spawns. like nazi zombies.
