ey people i'm stuck(again)

i want to know how i can reset my buttons or somethink like that
here's the text that i'm stuck with:

load bitmap "menu1.bmp"
open to read 1,"a.ini"
read file 1,a
do
if downkey()=1 then load bitmap "menu2.bmp" : quit=0
if upkey()=1 then load bitmap "menu1.bmp" : quit=`1
if quit=1 and returnkey()=1 then cls : start=1
loop

if start=1 and a=49
load object "map1.x"
close file 1

when DBPRO starts opening the map1.x and i press up or down then he opens the menu again. so i want to reset my buttons
can you help me out?

okay... im sorry to be mean... but you really need to go through the tutorials and help file... then forums... then mess around with programming... BEFORE asking EVERY question that a newbie has!

You can't click on it, just put your mouse over it and the address will come up.
