Congratulations to MR Valentine who won the name the conference competition and we have gone a step further and registered a domain for the name

Website is up and running but will be updated once we have agreed on the date to host the conference.

We are now looking for dates,

We are looking to organize the conference on oneof the following dates

When should the event occur?
AUGUST 2012
NOVEMBER 2012
FEBUARY 2013

We welcome your feedback for the date and also we are looking for exhibits to apply through the website to have their games featured in the conference and we will also be holding interviews so keep checking back, All confirmed exhibists and other information will be posted on here and the website...

Please post suggestions and additions to add to the website

I would say the first week of august. The reason is many fpsc users are children, teens, and college students. The conference would have to be before many of them start the next semester of school.

I'd love to get involved, my game is nowhere near in condition for promotion yet, so I may have to contribute that in the November one, however, I could more than easily help out with the conference itself in the meantime.
